WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We’re so excited—your candle will be on its way to you very soon! ​​We ship our candles via Australia Post.

Free postage for all orders within Australia over $75, or a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping within Australia, for orders under $75.
​
We offer Express Post for a flat rate of $20, available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, while custom-made items take 5-7 days to ship. Standard shipping typically takes up to 7 business days after dispatch.

You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way.​

We sure do! Click & Collect is available at our pop-up store at Pretty Little Handmade (near Kmart) in Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre, Williamsons Road, Doncaster during centre operating hours or by arrangement at selected stockists.

We package your candles to ensure they arrive safely and feel such joy when your orders come through!
If something isn’t quite right, just send us a photo at hello@wickzen.com, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

While we can’t offer refunds for change of mind, if the scent isn’t what you expected, we’re more than happy to exchange it for another of our lovely fragrances.
Simply contact us within 14 days of purchase, and make sure the candles are unused and returned at your own cost.
We kindly ask that the product and packaging remain undamaged for exchanges to be accepted.
