Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day.
Plans change, and we understand. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before your session. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a refund.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before your session, we’re unable to offer a refund. However, you may move your booking to another available date.
Changes are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend. No-shows are non-refundable.
