We pack your candles with care, but if something’s not right, send a photo to hello@wickzen.com—we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
Change of mind? We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to exchange your candle for another scent once returned.
Contact us within 14 days, return candles unused and at your own cost.
